Hi,

I have just placed an order for two 7-day JP rail passes on this website. However, after entering my billing address and clicking "next" I was just forwarded to the JP rail pass main page without being asked to select the payment method or to enter any payment information. I also did not receive any confirmation e-mail on my order.

Does anyone know whether my order has been successfully placed or if there was an error in the ordering process?

Hi Patrick,

Sorry about that!
Some maintenance is going on for the website and there may have been a hiccup.

I would kindly ask you to try and and fill in the order form again, if you find the same problem please contact us directly here or email us at [email protected] so we can help you to finish the order by email.

Once again sorry for the extra work, hope we can resolve this quickly!

Thanks a lot for your fast answer. I have gone through the ordering process again and now it seems to have worked - I have received confirmation via e-mail including all payment details.

The same happened to me on last September 3rd. I have no confirmation of the transation, but the payment has been done. What can I do ?
