I will travel from Osaka (air port) to Hokkaido from the 1st day.
Then I will stay in Hokkaido for 7 days.
After 7 days I will travel to along the east from Hokkaido.
I should buy
1) 7 days Hokkaido pass and 7 days JRpass or
2) 14 days JR pass?
I am concent that the JR pass include the thing in Hokkaido pass?
Which one is the best choice for me?

Hi there!
It really depends on your itinerary and what places you visit. The Hokkaido pass is a little cheaper than the JR Pass but is limited to travel in Hokkaido. The JR Pass allows for nation wide travel so you could for instance use it to travel down to Tokyo.
If you stay in Hokkaido and do a good amount of train travel go for the Hokkaido pass and if you want to see more of Japan go for the JR Pass!

Travel in Hokkaido for 7 days.
Then from Hoikkaido, will go to Tokyo, Nagoya and Osaka for the last 7 days.
