Leave out of Hachinoe up north
Head to Tokyo, prob around Ueno station area?
Then we want to go to Tokyo Disney, team lab planets, and Sensō-ji/ Nitemon Gate area,

It will depend on how many days you will travel. As a starting point, a 7-day JR Pass or a JR East Pass (for Tohoku) would all be good editions.
