Hi,
My trip was cancelled due to concerns around the Coronavirus. Can I cancel my trip and receive a full refund? Please advise.

You've done the right thing by e-mailing us. Please note that due to the high amount of requests, it may take 2-3 business days to to get a reply in detail.

We can also provide you with an 85% refund for any unused ticket, within 1 year after purchase as per the terms and conditions.
