On 13 May (4th day of our stay in Tokyo) my family intend to go to Arashiyama with JR Pass. A search in Hyperdia.com from Tokyo JR station to JR Saga-Arashiyama Station shows "Route is not found".
We would really appreciate if you could kindly advise us on how to get there with JR Pass. Do we need to get into another station(s) along the way to reach JR Saga-Arashiyama Station?

Hello Francis,
Here is an example route for you. You don't have to change trains at all.
The station name in Hyperdia is SagaArashiyama (without the - ).
