1 NIGHT IN OSAKA BECAUSE WE FLY FROM KIX AT 0900 AM
WHEN IS BETTER TO USE THE PASS (ON THE 18 WE ALLREADY DONT NEED THE PASS WE HAVE HOTEL BUS TO KIX) BUT WE LL ARRIVE OSAKA HOTEL FROM KYOTO ON THE 17 APRIL AFTER NOON

I think it would be best to buy a normal ticket for your travel Tokyo - Osaka/Kyoto. A JR Pass would certainly pay off if you made the return but for now I think it would be best to buy normal tickets.

As for local travel in Tokyo, a one way ride within the city is between 130-250yen depending on the distance.
