Narita - Sendai & Tokyo - Osaka schedules

If there was a prize for most concise and compact questions, I think you'd be in with a shot! :D

Here are some answers for you:

1. Narita to Sendai has a huge amount of available trains (at least 2 per hour, more during peak times), all requiring a trip into Tokyo from Narita, and then change onto one of the Tohoku shinkansen (the JR Pass is valid for all Tohoku bullet trains).

2. The Sendai to Tokyo bullets are direct and run from 06:04 to 21:48. Please note that the earliest train to arrive in Tokyo from Sendai is the super express Hayabusa bullet train leaving Sendai at 06:25 and arriving at 08:00. Again there are at least 2 bullets per hour, and more at peak times.

3. The Tokyo to Shin-Osaka (the bullet train terminal in Osaka) bullets valid for the JR Pass (Hikari and Kodama) are direct and run from 06:26 to 20:03. These trains run at around 2 per hour through the day.
