Disembarking from cruise in Tokyo on Nov 3.
Want to travel on Nov 3 to HIroshima by bullet train. Can we use the JR pass?
On Nov 4 travel to Kyoto and remain for 4 days.
On Nov 8 travel to NRT Tokyo airport for travel to Vancouver Canada.
Can 2 of us use JR pass on bullet train as well as train in Hiroshima and Kyoto?

Yes, the JR Pass would be great for this trip and it would cover all your travels between Tokyo, Kyoto, Hiroshima and back to Narita Airport.
The local JR Network around Tokyo and Hiroshima is also covered. Within Hiroshima you can also use the JR Ferry for free to Miyajima and sightseeing bus.
