Date and Place of Issue

Hi,

We purchased a JRPass for our dates of travel from 5/31/23 to 6/6/23, however, the date and place of issue is 4/27/23. The exchange procedure states that "we must specify the first date that you want to start using the PASS. It can be any date within one month from the date the PASS was issued."

Looks like we are outside of the one month time range, therefore, how do we solve for this? Please advise. Thanks!
