I'm really torn whether to get 7 or 14 day pass. It's an 11 day trip from Feb. 10 - Feb 20. Starting in Ginza 2/10-2/13, Hakone 2/13-2/14, Shibuya 2/14-2/16, Kyoto/Osaka 2/16-2/19, Shibuya 2/19-2/20. I am arriving and departing from Narita. Based on this timeline, what is your suggestion on which pass to get? Thank you!

I think the best option would be to use a 7 day JR Pass if you can cover travel to Kyoto and back to Narita Airport with it. These are the two most expensive trips in your itinerary and already pay for the JR Pass itself.
You can use the JR Pass Fare Calculator to find an approximate ticket cost of a single route or even your full itinerary.
