Tokyo Wide Pass

Keep up the great work helping us with your answers. I have another question and a request please.

Am I allowed to go beyond the towns mentioned in the JR Tokyo Wide Pass usage area without paying extra if the JR line goes beyond the towns mentioned? An example is the Limited Express Chou line goes from Shinjuku to Matsumoto and beyond while the JR Tokyo Wide Pass town stops at Sakudaira, and not even Nagano.

Also, as Okunikko is a good town to visit during the Fall, could you provide me the link for train timetable from Utsunomiya to Nikko/Tobunikko please.
