Purchase issues

Hi... I just received 1 package by fedex sent by your company name " jrpass.com ltd 320 city road, london, lo e 1v2nz. Inside the package i found 1 ticket on behalf afra mumtaz athaalla.
I bought and already paid 3 tickets online from japanrpass.com but only received 1 ticket. The other purchase are on the name yuli dwi wahyuni and budy utamy.
I try to contact the admin by whatsapp and also by instagram but no reply. I asked you about the 2 other tickets i haven't received since I noted you as the sender of the package.
