As part of our responsibilities for JR, we must ensure that all possible Japanese passport holders are aware of the eligibility requirements for the Japan Rail Pass.
Japanese passport holders must provide a required document to prove their eligibility for the JRPass.

We would like to make sure all customers can activate their passes and enjoy their holiday in Japan.

Please, can you confirm which passport all passengers will enter Japan with?

We are assuming it will be a non-Japanese passport as all passengers have chosen the non-japanese nationality but wanted to double-check as we can see that all have a Japanese name.

We will hold your order until we hear from you.

I got confirmation email, but I didn't receive vouchers in mail. Yes, we have United State of America passports.
So vouchers was not mailed yet?
