Let's have a look at ticket prices to see if a JR Pass would be worth it!

Kansai Airport (KIX) - JR Namba (about 10min walk to Shinsaibashi) ¥ 1,970
Osaka - Kyoto (return) ¥ 1,080
Osaka - Takayama ¥ 10,010
Takayama - Osaka ¥ 10,010
Osaka - Kawaguchiko (via Otsuki) ¥ 15,200
Kawaguchiko (Otsuki) - Tokyo ¥ 1,450

This all adds up to ¥ 39,720 the 7 day JR Pass is ¥ 28,300 which comes down to ¥ 11,420 in savings. So I would certainly recommend a JR Pass for your journey.

Note that the last part to Kawaguchiko from Otsuki is traveled on the Fujikyu line which is not covered by the JR Pass which is 1,100 yen.

and also can I use the Jrpass to travel in kyoto ?

we plan to visit Fushimi, Kiyomizu and Arashiyama . As I know the JR train will arrive at Kyoto Sta right ?
so what is the best option to travel to those places from Kyoto station ? ( Using Jrpass if possible )

Hi again!

Yes you can use the JR Pass to travel on local trains in the Kyoto region, both Fushimi Inari and Arashiyama (with a bit of a walk from the station) can be reached with the JR Pass. As Kiyomizu-dera. I think the best way to get there is to take a bus from Kyoto station which is 220 yen / one way or you could even walk there if you wish to see some of the city (would take 30-40 minutes from Kyoto station).
