I will have to take the following trains and I want to be sure they are included in the JRP:
Odakyu Ltd. Exp. Hakone (34;36;38)
LTD. Exp. (wide view) Hida 17/14/18
Sagano 3/14
Osaka Loop Line (inner loop)
LTD. Exp Koya 3/8
Nankai Koyasan Cable Car
Can you please help?
Also, when the name of the train starts with "JR" does this mean that it is covered by JRP?

The following lines are NOT included:
Odakyu Ltd. Exp. Hakone (34;36;38)
Sagano 3/14
LTD. Exp Koya 3/8
Nankai Koyasan Cable Car
Usually trains with JR are indeed covered by the JR Pass.
You can also use this map to find all trains covered. When planning with Hyperdia please de-select the "private railway" option and you will find trains covered by the JR Pass.
