Hi there!

Right now it would be better to buy normal tickets, however you are close to the point where a JR Pass would be useful. For instance a return Hiroshima - Kobe is ¥ 18.020, which pays for the bigger part of the pass.

the rest of my days just walking aroind in kobe osaka and maybe 2 days in okinawa.
I want buy a 7 days rail pass !

Right now it would be better to buy normal tickets as you would not yet do enough travel for the JR Pass to pay off.
However the difference is small, so you could consider buying the JR Pass for convenience as you would just need one ticket for all your travel.
