Nine Day on April 25

Hello, My wife and me will be in japan next week:
Arrival on April 18 in 東京 Tokyo
Apr 19 Journey from 東京 Tokyo to 山ノ内町 Yamanouchi
Apr 20 Journey from 山ノ内町 Yamanouchi to 金沢市 Kanazawa
Apr 22 Journey from 金沢市 Kanazawa to 奈良市 Nara
Apr 23 Day trip 奈良市 Nara to Kyoto and return
Apr 24 Day trip 奈良市 Nara to Osaka and return
Apr 26 Journey from 奈良市 Nara to 東京 Tokyo Haneda (via Kyoto)

I though to take:
- a 24 hour tokyo subway ticket for Apr 18 - JR pass 7 days from 19 to 25 (trip on Hokuriku Shinkansen and local train) - Normal tiket the last day for Nara - Kyoto train and Tokaido Shinkansen to Haneda (not included in pass) Is that correct?
JR covers all local train necessary?
Any suggestion?
How could we get all tickets in advance?
