JR Pass vs. Individual Tickets

Hey JR Pass team,

Below is a rough outline of a trip I'll be taking at the beginning of September. I'd like to know if it'd be more cost-effective to buy JR passes or individual tickets. I'm also open to regional passes where those make the most sense:

Fly into Tokyo via Haneda (9/7-9/10)
-Day trip to Hakone (9/8) -Day trip to Mt. Fuji viewing site (9/9 -Free day 9/10 Tokyo to Hiroshima (9/11-9/13)
Hiroshima to Miyajima (9/14-9/15)
Miyajima to Nara (9/16)
Nara to Fukusaki & Kobe (9/17)
Kobe to Sapporo (9/18-9/20)
Fly out from Haneda (9/21)
