Arriving at 09:39, this would be a little short day to catch your flight, so I'd recommend staying somewhere in Osaka the night before.

How long befiore a flight should one be at the airport in Itami? 1 hour and 45 min isn`t enough?

It's hard to say. Generally it is recommend to arrive 2h in advance. I usually recommend doing it safely - so you don't miss your flight.
