From Narita terminal #1 to terminal #2

Hi,
Our flight will arrive at Terminal #1 ,Narita airport on March 15, 2019 (about 4pm). Four of us will carry 2 big luggages each. We need to exchange for the JR pass (is it in the Terminal #1 or #2?), so we can ride N'EX train to Shinjuku. At the same we want to pick up our booked Disneyland tickets which are in the Terminal #2!

Could u tell me what is the best way to get both things(jr pass and tickets) done, please?
