day trip for hiroshima

Hiroshima is quite far away from Tokyo. Osaka and Kyoto are much easier to make a day trip fom to Hirshima.

With 11 days to spend you could do the following with a 7 day JR Pass.

Day 1-3 Tokyo
Day 4-6 Kyoto - Activate 7 day JR Pass.
Day 7-8 Osaka
Day 9 Hiroshima/Miyajima day tri
Day 10 Return to Tokyo
Day 11 Tokyo / Return Airport.

For the day trip for Hiroshima I leave early morning from Osaka return back to Osaka that night.is that correct. Then next day back to Tokyo.
