Are all these trains included in the rail pass

Hi,

I will be in Japan in April and May. I am keen to get a rail pass, but am confused by validity and exclusions related to some routes and services.

Can you help me work out which of these routes are included? And if I need to avoid any specific services?
- Tokyo to Nagano - Nagano to Yudanaka (return) - Nagano to Kanazawa - Takayama to Nagoya - Nagoya to Nakatsugawa - Nakatsugawa to Kyoto - Kyoto to Odawara - Odaware to Tokyo
