7 day or 14 day pass

Hi all,
My partner and I have planned a trip in November and our itinerary looks something like below

1-Nov - Arrive Narita airport
1-Nov to 6-Nov - Tokyo (day tour to Mt Fuji)
6-Nov to 9-Nov - Kyoto
9-Nov to 11-Nov - Hiroshima/Miyajima Island
11-Nov to 14-Nov - Osaka
14-Nov - Depart from Osaka airport

Wanted to understand if a 7-day JR pass would be better if we activate on 6th Nov prior to travelling to Kyoto and do away with Tokyo subway pass and Osaka amazing pass to fill in the gaps in transport for the rest of days?
