Which train pass will I need

Hello,

Below is our travel plans, could you please advise on which train pass will serve us best:

• Narita Airport to Tokyo
• Tokyo to Osaka (3-days using the local train in Osaka)
• Osaka to Kyoto (1-day using the local train in Kyoto)
• Kyoto to Osaka
• Osaka to Tokyo (3-days using the local train in Tokyo)
• Tokyo to Narita Airport

Is the Tokaido Shinkansen Hikari line included with the JR Pass? It states the Nozomi is a separate ticket.
