I am flying out to Japan on the 16th, I've already ordered the JR pass but have not received an email notifying that it has been dispatched. I'm worried that I'm not going to receive it in time.
Could you please check to see it has been dispatched? What can I do?

Orders are dispatched on Monday from our sales office in the UK. It is only the start of the day there and you will receive the confirmation today.
Please contact us via [email protected] with your order number or if you don't have one already with your e-mail address you used during the order and we can check it for you.
