I don't have time to order a pass as I'm leaving tomorrow to go to Japan. Can I order one here and take some kind of email confirmation to pick up the real thing over there?
OR...
Can I pick up a JP pass from a travel agent here in Australia? I just don't have time for the delivery...

Hello there,
It's indeed short day to order a JR Pass. The physical voucher is required in order to activate the JR Pass (an e-mail confirmation is not accepted).
Therefor I'd recommend buying one at a local re-seller. Alternatively we can ship the JR Pass to your accommodation in Japan, given that you place the order before traveling to Japan. Shipping to Japan takes 3 business days. Please contact us via [email protected] if you wish to make use of this option.
