Hi,
I plan to stay at Hotel Clad Gotemba for one night and will check out the next morning to go to Osaka. May I know what is the fastest way to reach Osaka by train/bus? I will be buying a JR pass for the trip.

Hi there,
There is (almost) no public transport in Japan during the night. So your best option would be to travel the following morning.
From Gotemba, the best option is to use local JR lines to either Mishima or Atami stations and from there use the Shinkansen to Osaka. This trip is fully covered by the JR Pass.
