I am going to travel with my family during the 11th till 20th July, I would like to check what is the best option for travelling via train & whether buying JR Pass is worth it?
1. Narita
2. Tokyo
3. Kyoto
4. Osaka
5. Hiroshima
6. Tokyo

If you are able to make your major train journeys within a 7-day period, the cost of a 7-day JR Pass would be approximately equal to the cost of purchasing your tickets individually, and so I would suggest purchasing a JR Pass if this is possible. Your best option either way is to use the Shinkansen whenever possible, due to its high speeds.
