Good day
I have reserved 3 tickets on the HIKARI 511 which is scheduled to depart from Tokyo to Kyoto on the 28th Oct 2024.
Is it possible if I can change the reservation to Tokaido Shinkansen bullet train from Tokyo to Mishima Station on the same date, that is 28th Oct 2024.

This depends on how you booked the tickets, whether from the official JR website, another website or in-person. For the websites you’ll need to check their reservation policy depending on which website you purchased the tickets from.
