Tokyo airport to town

I will be arriving in Japan in February and my itinerary consist of from narita airport to Tokyo for a day. Thereafter the next day I will travel back to airport to take an internal flight to Hokkaido.

I will be staying in Hokkaido for about 13 days and then travel back to Tokyo for the last three days.

What pass should I get for my traveling from airport to Tokyo twice and around Tokyo for the next two days .

Itinerary :

2 February - narita airport to Tokyo
3 February - Tokyo back to haneda airport to take an internal flight
3 February to 16 February - Hokkaido
16 February - Hokkaido flight to haneda airport and back to Tokyo town
16 February and 17 feb - travel around Tokyo and may travel to masutmoso.
