Osaka | Tokyo 10 Days

Hi. I am still not sure if I should purchase JR pass or a regional pass. Below is my 9 days itinerary:

Day 1: Osaka from KIX
Day 2: Osaka
Day 3: Kyoto
Day 4: Nara
Day 5: Osaka
Day 6: Tokyo
Day 7: Mt. Fuji
Day 8: Tokyo
Day 9: Depart from Narita

I might replace Nara with a return Osaka-Hiroshima. If with Hiroshima, I understand that it will save me if I get the JR pass. But I'm confused if the above listed would also be best if I get the JR pass or just IC card. Or which regional pass should I get if in case JR pass won't be worth it with my above itinerary.
