Is it worth getting the 14 day JR pass for this itinerary?

Hey everyone,
I'm a solo traveller going to Japan for the first time, and I'm not sure if I should get a rail pass...
I'm thinking of spending 6 days in Okinawa, and quite a bit of time in Tokyo so maybe a 7 or 14 day pass would be worth it for the longer journeys?
This is my rough plan so far, any tips or ideas would be so welcome!
