Hi there,

This looks good! You can use the JR Pass for the entire route and quickly make savings. I recommend using a 7 day JR Pass for travel from Tokyo - Kyoto - Osaka and back to Tokyo.

The Metro is not covered by the JR Pass but you can use local JR lines in Osaka and Tokyo, this is enough to see most of both cities.
