Here is a little list of savings you could make with the JR Pass.

Kansai Airport - Osaka ¥ 1,160
Osaka - Nara ¥ 780
Nara - Kyoto ¥ 690
Kyoto - Hiroshima ¥ 10,790
Hiroshima - Miyazaki ¥ 20,050
Miyazaki - Nagasaki ¥ 16,610
Nagasaki - Osaka ¥ 19,050
Osaka - Nagoya ¥ 6,180
Nagoya - Kamakura ¥ 13,430
Kamakura - Tokyo ¥ 890

For a total of ¥ 89,630 14 day JR Pass is ¥ 45,100, meaning you would save ¥ 44,530! Which is really good. I think the 14 day JR Pass would be the best option for you. However if you want to added flexibility and freedom to take any train you want for an other week than the 21-day pass would still give you some really good savings.
