Using the JRPass at RWC2019

I'm visiting for the RWC 2019 for a week:

fly into / out of Narita, staying in Tokyo for a couple of days then seeing games in Kobe, Shizuoka Stadium Ecopa and Tokyo stadium.

Can i use JRpass for all that travel - to and from the airport, then Tokyo to Kobe, then Kobe to Shizuoka, then Shizoka back to Tokyo, and then central Tokyo to Tokyo Stadium?

where can i find timetables for the longer distance trains?
