Trip to Japan 20-26 October

Hello, I have a question for the experts on the Jr pass in this wesite.

We'll be arriving in the Kansai airport at 8am, 20 October, and staying in Osaka's Monterey Grasmere hotel, in front of Jr Nanba Station. On the 21nd, we want to go to Kyoto by Jr line, having the hotel Osaka as our center, and return the same night. This will be the same for our trip to Nara on the 22rd too. On the 23rd, we will be staying in Osaka, and in the evening we will go to Tokyo on the Shinkansen train, is there a Jr line from Nanba to the Shinkansen. Basically, we want to know the costs of the ticket and the Jr lines for:

20 Oct: Kansai airport - Jr Nanba Station
21 Oct: Jr Nanba Station - Kyoto (including returning to Nanba Station)
22 Oct: Jr Nanba Station - Nara (including returning to Nanba Station)
23 Oct: Jr Nanba Statio - Shinkansen (to tokyo in the evening)
