Tokyo to/from Hiroshima/

A one way ticket Tokyo - Hiroshima is ¥ 18,560 or double for a return. A 7 day JR Pass would give you good savings if you could make the return within 7 days, however I think it would be better in your case to buy normal tickets as your travel around for a longer period.

A 14 day JR Pass is something you could consider if you did an additional 9,270yen in travel as the 14 day JR Pass is ¥ 46,390 yen and a return Tokyo - Hiroshioma ¥ 37,120.
