-tokyo-osaka, osaka-tokyo for one day just for usj
-tokyo-fuji,fuji-tokyo for one day just for fuji highland
-tokyo-kyoto, kyoto-tokyo for one day
all of those trip was one day round trip from tokyo, can you tell me is it worth for using jr pass? is it covering all the cost? i've been googling but still confused because some said not and some said yes.

Yes, it would be well worth it to use a JR Pass for this trip. A return Tokyo - Kyoto or Tokyo - Osaka using the Shinkansen costs about as much as a 7 day JR Pass. You will make 2 returns, so effectively, you save twice your money.
