should we buy 7 days JRpass ?

I made a little inventory of ticket prices in order to see if a JR-Pass could be beneficial for your travels.

Narita Airport --> Shinjuku ¥ 3,310
Shinjuku --> Odawara (for Hakone) ¥ 3,840
Odawara --> Shinjuku ¥ 3,840
Shinjuku Nikko return ¥ 5,040 (by local train, or ¥ 10,840 by Shinkansen)
Tokyo Kamakura return ¥ 1,780
Tokyo --> Kyoto ¥ 13,420
Kyoto Nara return ¥ 1,780
Osaka --> Kansai Airport ¥ 1,160

A 7 Day JR-Pass could be beneficial for your trip if you used it from day 1-7. This would add up to a total travel amount of ¥ 31,230, the 7-Day JRPass is 28,300 this would result in ¥ 2,930 savings. You could move your visit to Nara to day 6 or 7 to maximize the use of the JR-Pass.

Other nice perks include that you can use the Shinkansen to travel to Hakone and (partially) to Nikko and you won't have to go trough the hassle every time you'd buy tickets for the group. Additionally the JR-Pass is also valid on local JR-Lines in Tokyo.

I would like to point out the Hakone Free Pass to you, which may be useful if you plan on traveling a lot in the Hakone Area.
