I would like to purchase the Hokuriku Arch Pass / 7 Days / Standard for 4 adults and one child, but when trying to finalize the purchase on your website, I received a notification that the voucher will only be sent around April 16, 2026, as we wish to activate it on July 5, 2026. What guarantee do I have that this will work correctly, as I no longer see this important information on the pre-payment summary?

Hello Caroline,
As you are placing an advance order, your vouchers will be dispatched as soon as they are available to be issued. Please note that the voucher is valid for 3 months from the date of issue, meaning it must be exchanged in Japan within that timeframe. Since your planned start date is 5 July, sending them around 16 April is ideal, as it keeps you safely within the 90-day validity window.
