Problem with Jrpass delivery

Good morning,

I have a problem with the delivery of my Jrpass. I put the right address of my japanese accommodation but they said it was wrong. I need someone or a number to call please to explain that they can delivere cause it is the good address.

I have already contacted the platform but it is really urgent. I need the problem to be solved as quick as possible.
