Hakone - Naoshima (3 days)
Naoshima - Tokushima - Kyoto
Kyoto (4 days)
Kyoto - Tokyo

Hi Silvana,
For this route I recommend buying normal tickets as you travel. In terms of ticket prices you are just between a 7 and 14 day JR Pass. I would recommend sticking to normal tickets for this route, as you'll be traveling for more than 7 days but don't cover enough to make savings with the 14 day JR pass.
