We will visit Japan in September, this year. I need information regarding the use of JRP. We will arrive on Sept,15 in Tokyo and from there to Kyoto. We want to use the bullet train, because for the next 8 days we want to visit Tokyo, Kyoto, Osaka, Nara. It will be cheaper to buy the pass for 14 days? And also, we can use this pass from Narita airport to Tokyo station? And what about the metro lines? We need another pass?

Hi there,
U would look at using a 7 day JR Pass if possible. Try to make the return to Tokyo within the 7 day period to make the most effective use of the JR Pass. Then buy normal tickets for the 1 day remaining in Tokyo.
Travel to/from Narita Airport is covered, you can even use the Narita Express to travel fast and in comfort. The Tokyo Metro is not included, you can use a Suica card instead :)
