I would like to check with you. I only need to travel area as below:
1. kansai to osaka station because i stay at Granvia hotel.
2. Return from osaka station to kansai airport.
3. from osaka station to all the popular place like Kyoto,kobe, universal studio, aquarium etc..
So you suggest us to purchase JR pass kansai area or individual ticket?

Hi Ryan,
Osaka is very conveniently located between Kyoto and Osaka, making travel locally very economic.
This is why I would recommend buying normal tickets as you travel because rail tickets simply don't pay of for such short distances.
What you could consider for travel locally in Osaka is the Osaka Unlimited Pass which allows for unlimited subway travel within the city and gives free entrance to many sightseeing spots as well.
