Is JR Pass the best solution for my tryp?

Hi,

i am going to Japan for 2 weeks in October. I would like to know if it is better the JRPass or other for the following itinerary:

• Osaka airport to Namba (Express Kansai train- is it included in JRPass?)
• Using underground in Osaka to Expo (is it included in the JRpass?)
• Osaka - Kyoto / Kyoto - Osaka
• Hop on hop off Osaka and Tokyo (included?)
• Osaka - Naoshima / Naoshima - Osaka
• Osaka- Hiroshima
• Hiroshima - Tokyo
• Tokyo underground
• Airport express to tokyo airport
