hokuriku arch pass kagayaki

hello

I have a question about hokuriku arch pass

I will travel from tokyo to nagano. so I want to take a kagayaki shinkansen

by the way, kagayaki is all reserved seat train

so I have to reserve my seat before I take a train.

Do I pay an extra fee? or free for reservation?

thanks
