Changing from a 7-day to a 14-day Japan Rail Card

Hello Oscar G. Marchena,

Unfortunately it is not possible to directly switch the 7 day JR Pass for a 14 day JR Pass.

There are some options you could consider.

1.) Is to cancel the 7 day JR Pass, we will refund you the price (minus a cancellation fee) and you may purchase a 14 day JR Pass instead.

2.) Is to buy an additional 7 day JR Pass. This gives you a little extra flexibility as you won't have to use them in a 14 day period.

Please contact us directly at [email protected] and we will be more than happy to assist you!
