Best trasportation option

The trip from Haneda as well as a return trip for Shin-Fuji Station will be about 6000JPY, equivalent to about £33. Any additional costs are dependent on how much you choose to travel with public transport.

Each way, a Shinkansen ticket between Kyoto and Tokyo will cost approximately £75 each way. Return trip to Kyoto from Nara is about £8 via the Nara Line. Kyoto to Osaka is about £6 for the return trip. Return trip for Kyoto-Himeji is about £26. Kyoto-Sekigahara return trip is about £20. These prices are based on current train fare prices and so should be considered as an estimate - however based on this it seems like purchasing your tickets individually would come out to be slightly cheaper than a 7-day JR Pass for the second portion of your trip, and so if you're willing to purchase everything individually then this would be your most cost-effective option.
