Yes! Hiroshima, Osaka, Kyoto and Tokyo is a very popular itinerary. My recommendation would be:

Day 1: Fly into Tokyo, explore Tokyo —> Narita or Haneda, as travel to Tokyo Station is covered from both

Day 2: Explore Tokyo in the morning, Shinkansen from Tokyo Station to Kyoto Station, Explore Kyoto.

Day 3: Explore Kyoto, day trip to Nara and return to Kyoto in the afternoon.

Day 4: Shinkansen from Kyoto to Hiroshima, explore Hiroshima

Day 5: Day trip to Miyajima Island, Shinkansen to Shin-Osaka Station in the afternoon.

Day 6: Explore Osaka,

Day 7: Explore Osaka, Leave via Kansai Airport OR Explore Osaka, travel back to Tokyo via Tokaido Shinkansen and leave via Haneda/Narita.

This can be adjusted if you wish but it includes the basics of big cities and popular day trips all covered by the JR Pass.
