Hi,
I have ordered and paid 2 JRPasses from China on 13. NOv 2013.
I am flying to Japan on 17th . Nov, Morning.
Now I am worried if the Pass will not get delivered before my departure.
Is there any other way to get change for the real Passes at the airport after arrival?
Can the Emailed confirmation letter be valid proof to show at the JRPass office in the airport?

The physical voucher is required in order to activate your JR Pass.
Please contact us directly at [email protected] with your order number and we will do our best to get the pass to you.
For instance we could ship the pass to your accommodation in Japan.
